Orders & Returns
You can place an order via the following:
- Our Website
- E-mail Purchase Orders to firstname.lastname@example.org (this will work for POS Systems)
- Phone Orders- Call us directly or your Sales Rep. at 800-701-7785
Please use complete UPC codes to insure your order will be accurate.
Order Deadlines will be assigned to each account and customers must submit orders prior to this date for delivery. Orders placed after the deadline will be added to next weeks delivery schedule unless otherwise stated from your account representative.

How to Request a Return/Credit
In order to return items, please fill out the Returns form. This is available from your "My Account" page. Please e-mail the completed form to email@example.com and your request will be reviewed. Once approved, a GMH Pet Representative will reach out to you with a Return Authorization Form, which needs to be attached to the returned order.
The Returns Form must contain the following to be considered:
- Reason for Return or Credit
- Invoice Number and Date Purchased
- Item Number and price paid
- Expiration Date on Item
Credit for items that are resalable must contain the following:
- Original Packaging
- Product in Complete selling units (ie. Full case quantity)
- Free of contamination
- At least 4 months shelf life
If the following Criteria has been met credit will be issued to your account, and you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. The credit may be used on future invoices. GMH Distribution does not take title to and cannot be held liable for any returns prior to their arrival at one of our facilities. If the returns are not as described or does not meet any criteria for returning an item credit will not be issued for items returned and they will be destroyed.
Damages, Order Error, and Manufacture Error
All Damages, Order Error, and Manufacture Error should be reported to GMH Distribution immediately upon delivery. We allow a 72-hour grace period on all of the following errors. Please use the Returns Form HERE to receive credit. Credit will be received upon review of the Returns form. PLEASE INCLUDE PICTURES WITH THE RETURNS FORM AND INFORM DRIVER OF ALL ORDER ISSUES THAT INCLUDE DAMAGES.
Consumer Returns of Product
Please use the above procedures for Consumer Returns. A credit will be issued to your account for the returned product. Please include customers name, phone number, and reason for return.
Overstock Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Sale, Free items and Drop ship Orders
Sale, Free items, and Drop ship orders cannot be eligible for returns unless stated by your GMH Distribution Rep.

GMH Distribution will only accept Manufacture Approved Coupons if they state "return to distributor" on the coupon. The Coupons must be in date and comply with everything stated on the coupon. Please complete everything listed on the coupon and add the store name onto the coupon.
If the coupon does not state to return to distributor please send all coupons to their respective manufacture for reimbursement.
